We are Nick and Thera of Ohi:yo Pepper Co. Coined as “the pepper people” by several folks around town and we are digging it! 8

years ago we bonded over a mutual obsession and craving for all things spicy. Fate brought us together then brought us to Zanesville, OH from Jacksonville, FL where we turned some family land into our “pepperdise”. With over 60 varieties of hot peppers ranging from Poblanos and Jalapeños to Dragon’s Breath, Scorpions, and Carolina Reapers, we have more than 3,000 plants on our small farm. Once our peppers start showing their “angry” little faces and colors we are in full-on picking mode; selling fresh peppers, making freeze-dried powders, infused salts, and unique dry rubs. Freeze drying our peppers not only maintains their color, flavor, and freshness but gives you that authentic capsaicin experience you’re searching for without the mess.
